Greetings, and welcome to my adventure for 2024 where I will visit three exciting and different countries all offer cultures that are old and afford a deep and meaningful exploration. This adventure has three distinct segments all are complete by themselves

I begin with an expedition north of Hanoi to Halong Bay and follow the Red River where I leave the boat and travel to Sapa in the north.

For the next segment I will meet a friend will travel south from Hanoi ending in Bangkok

In the last segment, I will travel to India to the foot of the Himalayas to Darjeeling to spend time on a tea estate before going south to Chennai continuing overland to Kochi then Goa ending in Mumbai where I connect with a friend from times past for the the day.

I finally relaxed in Bangkok before returning home.
